How will transactions appear on my statement?

Answer: We protect your privacy. Joining process is 100% discreetly. Your credit card will be discreetly billed by "CCBill", "EUPaycom" or "SegPay". If you have paid by check you will be discreetly billed by "WTS" or "CCBill".

Why did my membership suddenly expire?
|
Answer: In case you have joined via a credit card and you are getting redirected to an expired access page after an attempt of logging in, it means, that your account has become inactive.
This can happen due to one of the following reasons:
1) You have cancelled your membership and your paid access period has ended.
2) We were unable to charge your credit card in order to renew the account. This could happen due to insufficient funds on your card at the moment, we have been trying to charge it, or in case your bank had rejected the charge.
If you are confident that the mistake happened because of us and your account should be active, please feel free to contact us so we can discuss the problem. Please contact us including as much as information as possible such as the e-mail you used to join, your real name with your complete address and/or any other information you can remember you were asked. We will respond immediately.

How soon will I receive my username and password information?
|
Answer: After you have successfully joined, a page displaying your username and password is shown to you. This can take up to 5 minutes. If the page with your information doesn't appear, check if you received an e-mail with your login information (inbox from the email you have entered during the signup procedure) . If you still didn't receive anything, then you should contact us including as much as information as possible such as the e-mail you used to join, your real name with your complete address and/or any other information you can remember you were asked. We will respond immediately.

Will I get any SPAM from you or from anybody connected with you?

Answer: We do not sell our e-mail addresses database to anyone. We hate any forms of SPAM and we know how frustrating the current SPAM problems are. We will e-mail you only in case we have any updates relevant to the site you joined. If you arrived into our sites by SPAM, please forward us a copy from the e-mail you received and we will investigate.

Are your movies compatible with slow 56K modems?

Answer: Yes our movies are compatible with all systems with slow modems, however it will take a lot of time to download the files through a slow connection. We recommend that you use a download manager so you could continue an interrupted download and pause it too.
